I'M GOING ON AN ADVENTURE!



Leavin tomorrow!! I can hardly stand it! So many of my friends are already abroad or in-route which makes me more excited than words can possibly express! 

Flight leaves tomorrow at 10:45 am! WOOOOOOOO!!

I have officially completed all of the packing/prepping... now just the waiting. Of course I browsed pinterest for tips and tricks for beating the dreaded economy seating and jet lag that comes with it.

Here's what I found, starting with the most ridiculous:

Don't get me wrong, I love a good Yoga sesh as much as the next girl, but the tips they give in this CNN article would not fly (hah punny) on an airplane. 
Really?

Yes, let me bend over with my booty in the air in the middle of an AIRPLANE full of people in the middle of a flight... Sounds good to me. 

Well hello neighbor
I do like the suggestion of getting up every two hours to walk or stretch out your legs. Cramps are a major issue when you are crammed like a sardine in a tin can in the sky.

Staying hydrated helps. Avoiding alcohol and caffeine (dehydrate-ers) helps you drink the good ol' H20. My filtered water bottle means water whenever I want it.

Hopefully I have an aisle seat.... hmmm...


Sleeping on your Luggage

Ok this isn't actually suggested, but check out this little girl in Russia who is so exhasuted she takes a nap draped over her dad's suitcase... too funny.
